Hints of almond brittle and brioche add richness and intrigue. On the palate, it’s broad and textural, yet driven by a vibrant acidity that leads to a crisp, dry, and beautifully refreshing finish. A refined and food-friendly wine crafted with finesse and focus.

Each parcel was hand-picked at dawn and whole-bunch pressed to preserve purity. Fermented separately in French oak, each variety brought its own character—Verdelho for its racy acidity, Viognier for floral lift, and Chardonnay and Chenin for depth and structure. Kept on lees with gentle bâtonnage, the wine was crafted with precision to showcase balance, complexity, and terroir expression.
