We handpicked grapes from select vineyards and gently de-stemmed them, limiting skin contact to preserve freshness. Fermentation took place in stainless steel using selected yeasts to retain purity of fruit. Aged on fine lees for six months, the wine gained elegant texture and layered complexity—capturing the vibrant, expressive character we love in this rosé.
