Description

This Franschhoek Cabernet Sauvignon is a bold, structured red that balances tradition and elegance. Aromas of blackcurrant, plum, and cassis unfold into a palate of ripe dark fruit, cedar, and hints of cocoa, with firm tannins and vibrant acidity. Aged in French oak for depth and finesse, it finishes long and smooth, with excellent aging potential. Crafted as a tribute to enduring craftsmanship, it’s a wine to share—and one to remember.
We handpicked the grapes at peak ripeness, then gently de-stemmed and fermented them as whole berries to preserve vibrant fruit character. Gentle punch-downs three times daily coaxed out fine tannins, color, and depth. After fermentation, we softly pressed the wine and matured it for 12 months in French oak—20% new. The result is a structured, elegant Cabernet Sauvignon with layered complexity and refined oak integration.
