Description

Deep red in color, this wine displays opulent dark berry fruit, including dark cherries, sweet plums, and mulberries. The palate offers a long, vibrant, and juicy finish, complemented by exceptionally elegant tannins. This harmonious blend of flavors creates a captivating tasting experience, highlighting the wine's richness and balance. Each sip invites you to savor its complexity, making it a delightful choice for any occasion.
Each of the cultivars in the blend was vinified and matured separately, with blending occurring after 10 months of barrel ageing. Fermentation took place at 26 degrees Celsius, with gradual tannin extraction resulting in a soft and juicy tannin profile. The blend consists of 50% Cabernet Sauvignon, 30% Syrah, and 20% Cab Franc.
