Description

Crafted in a refined Blanc Fumé style, this Stellenbosch Sauvignon Blanc is harvested in three passes to capture freshness, floral lift, and stone fruit texture. Fermented and aged for 11 months in French oak and acacia, it balances lime and elderflower brightness with notes of nectarine, vanilla, and subtle biscuit.

Textured yet vibrant, with refreshing acidity and a rounded finish, this is a distinctive, food-friendly Sauvignon Blanc that pairs beautifully with seafood, poultry, or creamy dishes.
We do three separate harvest on our Sauvignon Blanc - one for freshness and acidity, one for floral (elder flower) and citrus aromas and one for stone fruit aromas and texture. We vinify in a ‘Blanc-Fume’ style, so fermentation and ageing in French oak and acacia barrels for about 11 months.

The result is a distinctive Sauvignon Blanc - a beautiful nose of lime, elder flower, nectarine and biscuit. The palate is textured, round with a refreshing acidity.
