Description

Delicate and expressive, Lanzerac Kurktrekker Cinsault 2022 reveals subtle floral aromas of rose petal and violet, underpinned by gentle earthy nuances.

The palate is light-bodied and refined, showcasing soft, silky tannins and a graceful, understated finish. A beautifully balanced wine that captures the elegance of Stellenbosch Cinsault with finesse.
Whole bunch fermentation took place in open fermenters with punch downs twice a day. Gently pressing with a small basket press ensures soft, silky tannins. After approximately a year of maturation in older French oak barrels, the wine was bottled.

Winemaker: Wynand Lategan
