Hand-picked in the cool early morning to preserve freshness, the grapes underwent limited skin contact on select blocks to enhance aroma and depth. Picked at varying ripeness levels for added complexity, the juice was fermented in concrete and stainless steel at 13–15°C using selected yeasts. After fermentation, the wine was gently clarified and lightly filtered before bottling, ensuring purity, balance, and vibrant varietal expression.
