The grapes were hand-harvested in the early morning to retain freshness and aromatic purity. After destemming and crushing, the juice was immediately separated from the skins, using only the free-run juice and a small portion of lightly pressed juice (up to 0.5 bar).
The juice was clarified through flotation before fermentation with selected yeast strains at varying temperatures to enhance aromatic complexity. After fermentation, the wine was blended and lightly filtered prior to bottling, preserving its delicate character and freshness.
