Hand-harvested from vines rooted in decomposed Bokkeveld shale, our 2025 Rosé reflects the cool elegance of the Cape South Coast. A long, even ripening period allowed vibrant flavor development and natural acidity. Fermented slowly in stainless steel to preserve purity and aromatics, this wine captures the freshness of its high-altitude origin with precision and care. A true expression of site and season.
