Handpicked from dry-farmed bush vines on the Kasteelberg slopes, our Chenin was whole-bunch pressed, then naturally fermented in a mix of stainless steel, puncheons, and foudre. A touch of new French oak adds subtle complexity. Aged on fine lees for 4 months to enhance mouthfeel, this vintage shows the clarity, tension, and signature minerality of Riebeeksrivier’s shale soils.
