Description

Delicately rose gold in the glass, the House of Zin Rosé 2025 is vibrant and inviting from the first pour. Aromas of Turkish delight, ripe nectarine, cranberry, and citrus peel lift from the glass, giving the wine a bright, aromatic charm. On the palate, a gentle creaminess from time spent on the lees adds texture, while a mineral backbone keeps the wine focused and refreshing through a zesty finish.

Crafted by winemaker Narina Cloete from 85% Zinfandel and 15% Malbec, this Stellenbosch rosé balances expressive fruit with freshness and finesse.

A natural companion for grilled prawns, sushi, lightly spiced seafood curries, or relaxed summer gatherings with friends.and citrus peel on the nose. A creamy mouthfeel and a mineral core lead to a zesty
refreshing finish.
Handpicked grapes were transported to the cellar for immediate processing. Light whole bunch pressing of the grapes ensured for optimal flavor extraction & light color extraction. The juice was left to settle for 18-20 hours & racked to stainless steel tanks.

Cold alcoholic fermentation ensured the preservation of the wine’s floral and stone fruit aromatics. Post fermentation stirring of the lees for 3 months, added great mouthfeel and texture to this wine.
