Description
The nose is beautifully layered with aromas of white peach, lemon curd, grapefruit zest, and citrus blossom, complemented by delicate notes of toasted hazelnut, vanilla, flint, and subtle spice. The palate is rich and concentrated without ever feeling heavy, revealing vibrant citrus and stone fruit framed by finely integrated French oak. A bright line of acidity and distinctive mineral character carry the wine through to a long, poised finish, promising graceful evolution in bottle.
Already captivating in its youth, the 2023 vintage has the structure and balance to reward careful cellaring for many years.
A superb companion to lobster, scallops, roast chicken, creamy mushroom dishes, or grilled seafood with beurre blanc.
The grapes were harvested by hand before being gently whole-bunch pressed. The juice underwent wild fermentation in 228-litre French oak barrels, followed by eight months of maturation on the lees, allowing the wine to develop texture and complexity while retaining its vibrant fruit and mineral purity.
