Each parcel was harvested and vinified separately to preserve the individual character of every variety. Fermentation took place in open-top tanks, allowing gentle extraction through careful cap management before the wine underwent malolactic fermentation in tank.
The individual components were matured for 14 to 18 months in 225-litre French oak barrels before the final blend was assembled, resulting in a wine that combines depth, structure, and seamless integration.
